The cultivation of peanuts is a crop that can be used to rotate soils and thus conserve them and make them sustainable; besides that it plays an important role in the economy of the province of Córdoba. In the following note the engineer Gustavo Rinaudo, representative of Fundación Maní Argentina and member of the Regional Soil Conservation Council of Río Cuarto, gives some recommendations in this regard.
